IDEAL WEIGHT:  LOVE Yourself to Ideal Weight.

Suddenly at the ripe old age of 62 years old Spirit Medium Laura finds herself at her ideal weight.  She had no idea it was 113 pounds!  She was never able to get it below 123 pounds.  Whenever she did she would get sick, and very, very hungry.

The best lifestyle and attitude for ideal weight is one where you are relaxed, doing work you love and in satisfying interpersonal relationships.

The best exercise to do is one that you will do.  Each time you elevate your heart rate for 20 minutes or longer you are allowing your body to heal itself with internal pharmaceuticals.  Exercise opens your body’s pharmacy.

Proper nutrition for the body is based on greens, which are high in nutritional value as the basis of your diet.  Layer on top of that in compliment modest quantities of complex fats (fats in the food itself like a seed or nut) and complex carbohydrates (whole grains, beans, etc.).  You should completely avoid anything processed, man made or not real.

A very simple way to think of this is a diet based on green vegetables garnished with small amounts of fatty, starchy whole foods and organic animal products.
