MEDIUMSHIP:  Soul Says He Died From Elevated HomoCysteine Blood Levels.

The other day I did a wonderful Otherside Connection for a lovely woman and her son.  She said she wanted to get answers to a mystery surrounding her husband’s death.  He had died suddenly in good health at 53 years old.

I had no knowledge of how he passed or why.  Let’s see what happened during the session.

Her husband came in loudly speaking about illness that had taken his life.  Wife and son agreed.  Then he said he had had this illness for a while before the event that took his life.

Wife and son disagreed.  I allowed the soul to give the symptoms of crushing pain in his chest and upset stomach (symptoms of a heart attack).

He explained the reason he had died suddenly of a heart attack was because he had had ELEVATED HOMOCYSTEINE BLOOD LEVELS.

He went on to say that his family had a history of heart disease, so he had practiced exquisite preventive care.  However, he did not know blood homocysteine levels could contribute to heart attacks, so he did not do any prevention for this.

Yesterday the thought suddenly occured to me.  “I should look this up.  If elevated homocysteine levels were linked to heart attacks, what could he have done about it had he known?”

Within minutes I found a WebMD.com article stating indeed elevated blood homocysteine levels possibly could contribute to heart disease.  The article went on to say certain B vitamins might prevent this. The internet is full of information validating this.

The article continues, blood homocysteine levels are not widely checked and the test to check is very expensive and must be requested.

Emedicinehealth.com states, “Elevated homocysteine levels in the body do not cause any symptoms. Elevated homocysteine levels affect the interior lining of blood vessels in the body, increasing the risk of atherosclerosis or narrowing of blood vessels. This can result in early heart attack and stroke.”

The husband in spirit said he was not aware of homocysteine levels and connection to heart disease and therefore had not had it checked.

Fascinating.  Last night at dinner with a family member who is a physician, I asked about this.  He immediately confirmed this is known and a specific B-Complex formula could be prescribed as treatment.  Hmmmn.

OK.  So now we have souls in spirit teaching us about medical issues.

Two takeaways.

1.  Life very definitely continues.  That session went on with so much validation, even I was shocked.  He gave his name, how long it took for the ambulance to pick him up, the fact he died at work, he had been revived several times before they called him dead, the nurse that spoke to his wife to tell him they were working on him, the son’s interest in golf, etc. etc.  So much it is hardly possible to list it all here.

2.  Check your blood homocysteine levels as preventive care for heart disease if this runs in your family so you can take action to address if elevated.
