STRESS LESS:  Use Mindfulness Meditation to Stress Less

The other day I noticed my stress level was getting higher and higher to the point of unbridled anxiety.  I had butterflies in my stomach.  I felt like something bad was going to happen, but from where I knew not.  I felt powerless.

Part of this could be hormonal.  I have had some issues lately.  But much of it was situational.  I had a perhaps imagined conflict with a friend which left an unsettled feeling in me, which now was taking on a life of its own.

STRESS.  I think stress is a state many of us get into on earth.  It is the very fabric of the earth’s vibration to naturally fall into a state of anxiety, always attempting to find peace, but not being fully able to do so.  When we are in a calm state, it always seems as if this will only last for a moment.

Fear is a funny thing.  It is the very foundation of earth vibration.

OK.  So how do you deal with this?

You have to learn coping tools.  I was immediately motivated to do a mindful meditation.  But not just any sort.

I was motivated to step into the anxiety, to focus on it, until it dissipated.  I was not certain this would work, but trusted the message from my guides.  Turns out this worked perfectly.

Steps I Took to Transition From Fear to Love, From Anxiety to Peace.

2.  Thought of the situation that was upsetting to me.  At first I was fearful to do this as the situation was so highly charged emotionally for me.  But I remained calm and did it.  As I was in the peaceful state of meditation the anxiety filled situation I brought into my mind started to take on the feeling of peace too!

3.  Stayed there for a period of at least five minutes or until the stressful emotional charged fully disappeared.   All that was left was a calm, centered feeling.  I felt GREAT!

This is a very simple technique you can use to relieve yourself of stress, anxiety and fear on a regular basis.  It worked really well for me and it can for you.

There is nothing to fear in the universe but fear itself.  Fear is the existential crisis of mortality, that someone day we will not exist.

The more you face fear with mindfulness meditation, the less you will stress.
