GUIDED MEDITATION: For Grief

This is a channeled guided meditation to meet your transitioned loved ones in spirit to heal from loss or your spiritual guides for answers about your life.    There is an audio version of it on my radio show  on 7/23/14.  As of this writing it has not yet been recorded.

Healing from loss guided meditation.

Imagine you have a private, beautiful garden.  No one knows about it but you.  No one can enter it but you.

There is a doorway to this garden from within your bedroom.  You go there often at night during your sleeping hours. 

 

Imagine it is night time.  You are in a deep sleep.  A part of you leaves your body and looks back at it.  This is your higher self or soul consciousness.

You decide you will now go into your garden.  You look for the entrance.  You sense it.  Find your entrance now.  Good.

Now as you go through the portal to your garden you enter a tunnel.  Your tunnel is exciting, for you know it leads to another dimension.  The dimension of your soul. 

Pay attention to what you see as you go through your tunnel.  Do you see light at the end of it?  Do you feel dizzy, happy, light?  Are you filled with joy and anticipation? 

Good you are finally at the end of the tunnel.

There is a door.  Open it now.

What do you see on the other side of the door in your private garden?  Do you see flowers?  What kind of flowers?  Are they fragrant?  Can you smell them.  What else do you see in your garden?  Is it large or small?  Is there a field, mountains, rocks, the ocean around or in your garden? 

This is your garden.  Finish it now.

There is a bench up ahead.  Go and sit on your bench. 

Good.

Now think for a moment of a loved one in spirit that you would love to speak to or think for a moment of your spiritual guide.  Call that soul to you now.

Now ask for the answer to a problem you are trying to solve in your life right now?  Sit and wait for the answer.  You can ask anything about a past life, why you are in a situation, what do to about something, how to feel more peaceful, to calm you down, etc. 

Good.  Now it is time to go back into the room you were in.  Open your eyes slowly, breathe deeply for a moment or two.

You are now back to our reality with a new realization, a sense of seep, profound peace, joy and balance.  God bless.  Amen.
