I am so proud of myself.  Yesterday I was able to create a DELICIOUS low fat vegan mock alfredo sauce for whole wheat pasta.  Wanted to share the recipe before I forgot what it is.  :)

Vegan Low Fat Recipes
Serve the vegan low fat mock alfredo sauce over whole grain pasta and vegetables. Yummy!

WEIGHT LOSS:  Vegan Low Fat Recipes

Ingredients

Two cans of Cannellini Beans (White Kidney).  If you can find those to soak from scratch even healthier or at least use organic.  Drained.

2 to 4 cloves of sauteed garlic

One cup of organic cashews

One to two cups of filtered water

One teaspoon Cinnamon

One half teaspoon black pepper

Directions.  Place in a good blender or food processor the beans, garlic, water, cashews, cinnamon and black pepper.

Blend until smooth adding water as needed.  Adding extra garlic, pepper, cinnamon and cashews to taste.

Serve over whole grain pasta.

Yummy, low fat and very indulgent.
