After prayer, meditation and energy connection we will focus on a hypnosis tool to go into deep trance. Once there we will receive messages using automatic writing about a missing person photo. This class teaches how it feels to go into trance, how to allow messages to flow to you with automatic writing and lastly begins the work of mediumship.
PREPARATION
- PLAN to ARRIVE at least 5 minutes EARLY.
- DO YOUR OWN 15 to 30 minute MEDITATION beforehand.
- Have PAD & PEN READY to record ideas.
- Teacher plays MEDITATION MUSIC HERE.
DO MEDITATION & PRAYER
- MEDITATION. With meditation music playing, all are instructed to go into open body position (uncross arms and legs), breathe slowly from abdomen
- PRAYER. “Father Mother God, all beings of highest love and light please come to me now for the sessions for today. Please allow messages to be 100% accurate 100% of the time. Please allow us only to work in highest love, light and protected space possible. Please provide automatic, instantaneous and energizing connections to and disconnections from spirit, sitters and me.
- (PRAYER for OTHERSIDE CONNECTIONS). [Needed if some students want to do mediumship during the message service. ] All souls on the Otherside please provide the following 5 pieces of evidence so that the sitter will know it is you. Please provide your correct name, appearance, cause of passing, relationship to sitter and personal messages. Please send pictures to my eyes, words to my ears, feeling to my body and knowing to my brain. Please ask your guides and my guides for help as needed.
- INTENTION. Teacher asks students to ask they receive accurate messages for themselves and others in today’s exercises.
- ENERGY CONNECTION. Teacher does energy connection. “On next exhale of breath please send me (teacher) your energy.” An energy connection is done by visualizing all participant’s energy blending into one field.
EXERCISE

Focus on this hypnosis tool for a moment or two. You will feel dizzy, woozie and kind of dreamy. This is how it feels to be in a trance state, the magical state to connect with spirit.
HERE IS A PICTURE OF A MISSING PERSON. Write down the answers to the following Questions about this person.
ANSWERS USING AUTOMATIC WRITING. Do not hesitate when you get the answers. Let them flow out of you without being analytical. This is AUTOMATIC WRITING!
LAST SEEN? Where was she last seen? What state, city? Rural or suburbs or urban? School, home, playground, etc.? What clothing was she wearing? Did she have anything with her like a pet, bag, or anything else?
WHO WITH? Who was she with? Alone or with a family member, or with a stranger?
NAME? Do you get any names? What are they?
DATES? Do you get any dates like date of birth or missing date or date or day of week reported to police? What was her age when she was last seen?
WHERE? Where is she now alive or dead?
MISCELLANEOUS. Any other details you get.
DISCUSS results with class.

EXERCISE FOR BREAKOUT ROOMS. Do simultaneously. Receive for your partner using automatic writing the answers to 3 questions.

MESSAGE? What do they say to you?
Then share with your partner.
READINGS. 7:30pm ET.
Teacher places attendees into ZOOM Breakout rooms.
Teacher joins various breakout rooms. Students work in breakout rooms with each other. Every ten minutes the rooms are opened and teacher sets up new breakout rooms.
