How Laura Does the Healing
Laura is led into a trance where the spirit entities show her the chakras where the energy is blocked. Spirit will reveal Akashic information such as past lives and current soul contracts and then releases them with the client (you), and spirit’s help.
The release entails sending in light, color and vibration with channeled realizations, messages and prayer from the entities.

Steps
Preparation
1. Pen and paper.
2. An hour of uninterrupted time.

4. Be in a meditative state. I like to use this youtube video for this for at least 15 minutes. The more dreamy and relaxed you are the better this works.
Begin
- Have your pen and paper nearby.
- Do your meditation. I like to use this youtube video for this for at least 15 minutes. The more dreamy and relaxed you are the better this works.
- While in a meditative state write your goal and an affirmation for this goal.
- Example.
- GOAL: Want love in my life, a significant partner, my soul mate.
- AFFIRMATION: “I am now enjoying a loving relationship with my ideal partner.”
- Example.
- GET BLOCKED CHAKRA. Ask your soul (Higher Self, Subconscious, Wisdom Center, etc.) to give you a number from 1 to 7 which represents the blocked Chakra for this goal. While in a meditative state you are psychic and will be given the correct Chakra.
- UNDERSTAND IT. Look up that number on the list below. It will reveal the Chakra, the block, its color and oil.
- EXPLORE IT: Write down the block you feel you have that the Chakra identified. Ex. “Men (women) don’t like me. There are no good men (women) available in my age group. where I live, etc. I have bad luck. People don’t like someone like me because I am poor, old, disabled, ugly, etc. I don’t know why.”
- REMEMBER IT. Recall a specific memory in your life when you felt blocked in this area. Ex. Chakra is Root. Felt scarcity of love in your life. Ex. “The memory is the following. When I was four years old, my father went out to buy some milk. He never came home. My mother was devastated. We had to rely on our uncle to get money to survive. I felt very humiliated, abandoned and afraid. Now I feel it is difficult to trust any man in a love situation because of this.” The only correct answer to this question is what you remember.
- FEEL IT. Feel how you felt when this incident happened. Feelings are expressed in one word like “humiliated.”
- CLEAR.
- PAINT. Imagine you are spray painting the correct color of this Chakra into it. This sets the intention of clearing any and all blocks to attaining your goal.
- BREATHE in the correct oil for that chakra while reciting your affirmation in a “power pose.”
- CHECK with your Pendulum to see if the block is removed. A clockwise rotation means it is.
- If you are still blocked (no clockwise rotation of pendulum), go back to Step 4 to find another (or same) Chakra that is blocked. Do steps 4 – 10 to unblock it.
- CLEAR ALL REMAINING CHAKRAS. Go through all the chakras to clear and balance them. Simply look into the chakra. Spray paint in the correct color, repeat the affirmation for that chakra, then anoint with Essential Oil for that Chakra in clockwise direction.
- That’s it.
- Every day for 21 days repeat your main affirmation, while breathing your oil and standing in power pose. Then clear all your chakras doing step 12.
Simplified Version
1. Write down what you want and create and affirmation for it.
2. Ask Spirit to tell you what chakra is blocked to getting it.
3. Paint it the correct color using chart below. Breathe in the oil for that chakra.
4. Say the affirmation you created above for what you want.
5. Do all the chakras.
6. Do for 21 Days in power pose.
