This week was challenging. I woke up Thursday morning with a case of vertigo and mild nausea. After spending most of the day in bed, Friday I felt was better.

Pay Attention – Physical Ailments Spiritual Meaning
Through this time I noticed something. Paying attention to how you feel when things happen can be very effective.
I was watching a video on Friday, still in recovery from the prior day’s vertigo, nausea. The video was about “A course in Miracles.” The renowned spiritual teacher, Marianne Williamson was explaining key themes behind this teaching. As I watched the dizziness and nausea returned.
I observed myself. This was interesting. I remembered the day before my first bout of vertigo and nausea happened when I was watching a video on Lesson 8 of a Course in Miracles.

Illness and Insight – Physical Ailments Spiritual Meaning
Could there be a connection? If so, what was the lesson I was supposed to get?
I only share this investigation to offer insight about your own successful expansion in life. When something goes wrong on the outside, it usually is indicative of something going very wrong on the inside.
So after doing some serious detective work, I remembered that this week, this week of illness, I had finally lost the hope of reaching a very special personal goal I had.
Authority figures and life experiences were telling me, “What I wanted was NOT possible.”
“The first few lessons of A Course in Miracles teach that the world we perceive is neutral and meaningless in itself, and that it is our thoughts, judgments, and conditioning that give it meaning.” I was interested in this teaching so continued with the study.

What Really Is Reality? Physical Ailments Spiritual Meaning
As I did so, I reached an impasse. Society told me what I wanted was not possible. A Course In Miracles was telling me to drop all preconceived ideas about reality; therefore, about what is possible.
As I continued to study A course in Miracles, I literally got sick to my stomach!
I did research to see if there was any insight about dizziness from a spiritual perspective. Most ideas circulated around resistance to a transition you intuitively know is necessary.
So today as I put this all together, I decided to want what I want. I decided what I want is intuitively necessary for me. It is part of my soul plan.
Working on this goal is going to be very adventurous, perhaps extremely liberating. For certain the attainment of the goal is not as important as the journey.

Your Soul Plan Is Your Abundance
When we follow our soul plan, good things come of it. It is our path to abundance.
If you want something very badly it is your soul telling you this is part of your life purpose, your planned life. When you have feelings like this you must obey them.
If you do not, you will get sick. If you do, you will find what you thought was not possible, quite often is.
You soul plan is always abundant, with your highest consciousness attached to it, so even if you do not get this “thing” you are wanting, you will get what you planned for this life time, which most often is even better!

Follow your heart and only good will grow!
Namaste,
