Again this is helpful to create focus on what you want, but will not work if you are asking for something your head (ego, fear) is wanting, but not your heart (soul, love) desires.

Asking for what you really want activates the supernatural ability of your soul to activate the creative nature of the universe. Soon you will be having what you want.

The secret to manifestation according to what spirit has taught me is to ask for what you (your soul) really wants, not what common thinking would say you can have.

Writing down what you want to manifest will help you “feel” the authentic desire behind it. If it feels authentic for you when writing it down, the next benefit of writing it down is that the focus from writing it projects it to the universe.

It is not possible to manifest something just because you wrote it down. But writing it down will help you know if this is something you really do want.

Then if it is, writing it down will help you embed this focus into the mind and field of creation.

How Authenticity Affects Manifestation. How to Manifest Something By Writing It Down.

I’ll give you an example.

I have a friend who really wanted to find a boyfriend who does partner dancing like Ballroom, Hustle, West Coast Swing, etc.

However, it is the common belief in the dance world that to get a dance partner as a boyfriend is nearly impossible. There just are not enough men to go around. There are more women than men in this world.

To remedy this many women try to manifest a man with various qualities they desire, but not necessarily the dancing one.

Finally I told my friend. If you do not write down exactly what you want your subconscious (your soul) will block the manifestation.

Manifesting a man who does not dance would not work for her, as this is a part of her most authentic self.

So she changed what she had written on her vision board to reflect she wanted a man who dances as included with a list of some other qualities.

Within a few weeks, a man who dances that she knew for a while but had never asked her out before, suddenly did!

It was a shock to her.

Manifest Only What You Truly Want. How to Manifest Something By Writing It Down.

If there is anything on your vision board that does not reflect what you really really want, take it off. Only place on there exactly what you want.

There are other manifestation methods that your write down what you want.

What If I Want Something Impossible?

If you are asking for something you really want, but is impossible, I suggest your finding the “why” underneath what you want and ask for exactly that.

For example, let’s say you think you really want to grow five inches so you can be a fashion model. You were born 5′ 2″ tall, have a tendency to hold weight, and you are now a bit older than the type they choose for supermodels.

Ask yourself “Why?” do you want this.

• Is it so you can live a glamorous life filled with attention and opportunity?

• Maybe you want to gain approval in a physical way by the world?

• Maybe you want to travel all around the world for adventure?

Whatever the reason, you need to find the essence behind it and ask for that exactly.

This is what is meant by “exactly.” You are asking for your desire at its root level, not its superficial label.

What If What You Are Working to Manifest Never Happens

At times it is difficult to find the “theme” behind the goal of what you really want. However, realize this is necessary, especially if what you are working to manifest never happens.

When a goal is never manifested it means at some level you really do not want this. It could be your soul plan is in conflict with this goal.

It could mean attaining it is against a deeper value you have.

It could mean that you are asking for it because this is something you were taught by others to want.

Being as authentic and true to yourself during the manifestation process brings the miraculous results you seek.
