How to Get Over Depression.  I have found depression has little to do with the state we are in, but the belief about the state we are in, our perspective.

I am not an authority on all types of depression, however, I have been through my fair share of it.  The last time I was depressed lasted over three years.  I had lost most of my retirement money when I was supposed to retire and “the love of my life” relationship.

I wandered around as if in a daze, with a sore feeling in the pit of my stomach.  I could not sleep at night.  I gained weight.  My skin broke out.  I did not style my hair, nor did I care to groom myself much.  I was in a weird state of inertia and listlessness.

Through this experience I have learned a lot about how to turn my life around.  I started with nutritional supplements, while creating the Soul Abundance Coaching program.  This program is based on my experience of loss to abundance.  It literally will change the vibration you emit into the external world from within yourself.

I have seen success in my own life directly related to what my mind sends out.  I have seen the same success with clients who have followed the Soul Abundance program. For example, one student of the self paced program, a homeless person, gained shelter, regained her career and healed a major health issue she had.

How to Get Over Depression.   Depression is formed by our perspective.  Our perspective is formed by:

1.  Our physical body chemistry and nutritional makeup.  I exercise daily (raises serotonin levels), take 5-HTP, Choline Bitartrate, Inositol, B1, Calcium, and a gamut of other supplements.  After I started taking these supplements, my mood stabilized.  I felt within 4 days, stronger, steadier and happier.

Here are some articles on how to keep your brain healthy with exercise, nutrition and supplements.  THIS STUFF WORKS!  Article 1:  http://isacalls.com/A+Isagenix%20BRAIN%20CHEMISTRYDepression.pdf, article 2:  http://elanvitalwellness.blogspot.com/2011/11/dr-weil-dr-amen-natural-cures-for.html

2.  Hormones.  Have your hormonal balances checked.  Thyroid, reproductive hormones, all sorts of hormonal levels are integral to healthy mood.   One of the signs of having an imbalance of estrogen (too much) is depression.  One of the signs of low testosterone for men is depression.   I go to a physician who is aware of hormonal therapy and I take bio-identical replacement.  Wonderful miracle.  Good book on this for women is, “What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Menopause,” by Dr. John Lee.  Great book.

3.  Emotional filters such as persecution complexes, self esteem issues, a sense of powerlessness, hopelessness and that nothing will ever change.

4.  Your current self talk or vibrational output.  Vibration is shifted by following the Soul Abundance Coaching program.  More information HERE

So “How to Get Over Depression” is a compilation of a few different steps.  Together they form a happy, healthy life and body.

Namaste,
