I have been trying to eat what some call a high vibration diet (living whole food plant based) on and off for some time. However, I have had setbacks.

Each time I try to do this my energy wanes, I get a cold or flu, I over eat due to lack of satiation, I have cravings for “bad” food because I feel deprived and so on.

This had led me to wonder. “Is eating one way good or bad for everyone, or is it better to eat the right way for each body and its needs?”

I have concluded the foundation of evolving to fifth dimensional consciousness is to find what is right for you and then pack it up with supportive action. This is oneness consciousness at its essence.

When you do this your life enters a state of “flow” where synchronicity increases, manifesting is automatic and feeling joyfully connected to everything is the norm.

Below you will find an overview of a popular perspective of what a high vibration diet is for everyone. I suggest you take from it what feels right for YOU and leave the rest behind.

For me, eating a plant based whole food diet with an emphasis on raw and living plant foods, works great. I add some denser food like cooked and animal based to this approach.
