On Saturday past I did a session with a perfectly coiffed, physically beautiful Palm Beach woman. As soon as I saw her, I felt cold. It was as if Snow White had appeared, bereft of any charm to warm things up.
No matter what I said, she found fault with it. I brought in her father-in-law from spirit, delivered ten facts correctly. She found the one thing incorrect and we lost the connection.
The less receptive she was, the less spirit offered.
The hour she booked labored forward. Finally, as we inched towards the last 15 minutes of her time with me, spirit threw me a line.
Spirit revealed she needed to learn how to let go, so her creative projects would blossom. She was trying to become an actress and writer!
She did not know how to let go when acting to move from being herself to channeling a character.
As these words left my lips, she sat forward. Obviously we had hit a nerve.
She must have been secretly “dying” to know because being in control all the time had gotten her nowhere. :)
Spirit revealed the formula for her to open up: daily mindful meditation and journaling.
