OK. OK. So I admit it. I have been depressed for last couple of weeks since my beautiful cat Sabrina suddenly died.
I still can’t mention it without getting teary eyed. But even in the face of loss, even with depression, we can experience joy.
Recently I have been introduced to the miracle power of Essential Oils. Every day I learn a new use for them, refusing to accept less than a joyful life at every moment in time.
My latest acquisition is JOY, an Essential Oil blend from Young Living. I love, love, love this scent.

Who would have ever thought that emotions and other things could so gently, holistically and instantly be had with an Essential Oil? I didn’t for sure.
I used to think Essential Oils were something you wore for perfume or whatever. I never considered them anything more than a fantasy at best for emotional, physical or any type of healing.
Then through a series of mysterious coincidences I got an intuitive hit to use Essential Oil for sleep.
When I tried it I found my sleep returned to the way it used to be when I was a child. I would conk out and awaken 7 to 9 hours later, refreshed, clear headed and bouncy.
I started to realize there is something to this, following the path “Spirit Scent” to me to grow, heal and help people.
Finally I arrived at a deeper understanding to include Essential Oils in all aspects of my life now.
It is a wonderful compliment to other things I do with clients and in my own health regime.
